All online sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, so we have a 14-day return policy for specific cases, including damaged or defective items. Here’s a breakdown of our return policy for eligible situations:

14-Day Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us for return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
